Orders placed on Mondays to Fridays before noon (Eastern time) will be processed on the business day following receipt. Orders confirmed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed on the business day following receipt of the confirmation e-mail.
We provide shipping all over Canada. We usually ship packages within 3 business days of order confirmation, and they are delivered as soon as possible. Orders are shipped on working days only (Mondays to Fridays). During busy periods, delivery times may vary.
No product can be exchanged or refunded, except for a defective product or if an error occurred during your order.
